Prior to launching DDI Construction, LLC, in 2008, owner Mark Ulrich was the Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust, which owned and/or managed nearly 11,000,000 square feet split between approximately 3,700 tenants throughout Denver and Aurora. DDI Construction's first demolition project was removing the reception counter from an All-State Insurance office. Fifteen years later, we work on small to large tenant finish jobs from 1200 square feet to 120,000 square feet.
